- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote properties.
- Searching for suitable properties that match client criteria.
- Conducting property valuations to determine fair market value.
- Arranging and conducting property viewings for potential clients.
- Representing clients in negotiations to reach mutually acceptable terms.
- Assisting in the preparation and review of legal documents.
- Staying updated with market trends and property laws.
- Providing support and guidance throughout the property transaction process.
- Adhering to professional and ethical standards in the industry

**Salary**: From RM1,200.00 per month
