**Job Description** Job Descriptions**:
The Facilities Executive is responsible for the part of the Enterprise / workplace management team that directly manages the facilities, keeping the office properly maintained, clean and safe. The role combines management tasks such as supervising contractors and more strategic responsibilities such as managing budgets and advising on long-term energy and cost efficiency.

The Facilities Executive role includes the following tasks:

- Providing a workplace setting that is conducive to productive work.
- Monitoring occupant satisfaction.
- Monitoring construction and renovation projects (as and when required).
- Schedule and supervise maintenance repair work and assist with checking installation and servicing building equipment
- Liaising and supervising building management’s staff including cleaning, maintenance and security.
- Ensure that the facility is fully operational with all utilities functioning properly, such as water, electrical services and air-conditioning, are well-maintained.
- ensuring that facilities meet government regulations, health and security standards and energy efficiency requirements.
- Coordinate and manage maintenance works including technical cost/benefit justification according to the budget.
- Maintain stock levels and parts within budget
- Maintain good relationship and ongoing communication with contractors, clients, and team
- Conduct quarterly audits on the safety and maintenance standards of the outlets.
- To ensure that all maintenance/repair work is completed on time

**As part of the Team, you are expected to**:

- Research and propose the appropriate equipment and furniture selections to ensure easy maintenance and durability during the product life cycle,
- Acting as a workplace strategist to our clients, and consulting them on workplace requirements and strategy,
- Assist the project manager in overall project management for the opening of new outlets, including WORQ’s co-working spaces and our new custom-built enterprise solutions,
- Assist in managing the relationship and expectations of the clients and all stakeholders,

**Qualifications** Job Requirements**:
Qualifications for Facilities Executive
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Building, Engineering, or equivalent professional level experience
- 3-5 years of experience in facilities maintenance or equivalent related functions
- Knowledge of general maintenance methods, operating requirements, and safety precautions related to facilities management
- Must be a well organized, detail and customer (internal and external) oriented self-starter
- Ability to work independently and quick to adapt in a fast-changing startup environment,
- Strong procurement and negotiation skills

**Bonus points if you have**:

- An entrepreneurial mindset and willing to go extra miles,
- Able to conduct basic maintenance works include basic plumbing works, lights repair, fixing company equipment and tools, and testing various company appliances to ensure they work properly.
