- Act as focal point for all office tenancy and facilities agreements with tenants including preparing, getting approval and safekeeping of the tenancy agreement
- Record and monitor expenses
- Reimbursement and payment arrangement to all branches
- Distribution of monthly relief
- Maintain proper and accurate recording such as filling, archiving, documents movement and data input into Xero Accounting system
- Monitor the execution of effective control policies and procedures to protect interests
- As a close coordinator with all branches, participate in the annual financial audit ensuring all supporting documents are available for auditors to review and respond to auditor's request
- Attend and coordinate in organizing periodic committee meeting, annual general meetings and other meeting or event as and when require
