**Core Responsibilities**:
- Handle payroll, ensure timely and accuracy of remittances of salary, service charge, overtime, part-time and casual wages; and compliance with SOCSO, EPF and EIS and Income Tax statutory requirement.
- Monitor and assist in ensuring the company’s compliance with the Industrial Relations Act, Employment Act and Employment Regulations and any other Act in relations to employment.
- Ensure compliance in documenting appointments, confirmation, resignation, termination, transfer, disciplinary actions taken etc.
- Attend to staffs’ queries on the Company’s policies concerning salaries, benefits which include leave, service charge, medical treatments, transfers, loans etc. etc.
- Assist in preparing Human Resource presentation slides for orientation, training, management meetings, briefings etc. and prepare HR Report as requested by management.
- Assist in conducting yearly performance appraisals and competencies evaluation.
- Assist in monitoring staff leave records, replacement leaves for work on rest days and public holidays and medical and employment related claims.
- Maintain confidentiality of salary and staff information and keep proper filing of all employees’ personal records.
- To assist in any ad hoc tasks as and when is required.

**; Requirements: - Qualifications/Experience**:

- Has experience in a retail business with multiple outlets.
- Has good understanding of Employment Act.
- With at least 2 year(s) of working experience in general HR environment.
- Have at least 1-year experience in payroll processing and in administering e-HRMS system.
- Able to speak and write in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
