HR & Admin Assistant

**Job Description:
- **
- Responsible for timely processing of payroll & wages, preparing monthly management reports and relevant documents for submission to relevant government authorities such as EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax etc
- Perform HR transactional activities including data entry, correspondence, reporting and record keeping
- Assisting in general administrative duties
- Assisting in specific Human Resource duties
- Other ad-hoc documentation for new hires & resigned
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum SPM, STPM or Diploma in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or any related field
- **Applicant must be willing to work alternate Saturdays**:
- Good computer skills i.e. Microsoft Excel and Words
- Good interpersonal skills, meticulous and tactful
- Able to meet deadlines with the right sense of urgency
- Able to start work immediately is an added advantage
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
**Education**:
- STM/STPM (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)
- Human Resources Management: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
