HR & Admin Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Engage mostly in the pre-hiring recruitment process such as interviews arrangement, interviews with hiring managers, and HR Managers in their respective pillars.
- Handling and responsible for Recruitment, Orientation, and onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain and update staff’s movement and all relevant details in our staff personnel files.
- Responsible for staff attendance records accordingly and submission to payroll.
- Responsible for daily office administrative matter.
- Responsible for any ad hoc assignments as and when required.
**Qualifications**:
- Fresh grads also welcome. to apply.
- SPM, Diploma/Bachelor or related field
- Able to work independently, resourceful and good sense of responsibility.
- **Preferable those able to start job immediately.**
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
