HR Recruiter Project Coordinator

**Recruitment Responsibilities**:
- Screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
- Facilitating the selection process, including reference checks and job offers.
**HR Coordination**:
- Assisting with onboarding processes for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training schedules.
- Handling employee queries and providing support on HR-related matters.
- Managing HR documentation and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assisting in performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback sessions.
**Project Coordination**:
- Coordinating project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes.
- Tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Liaising with team members to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Assisting in project planning, resource allocation, and risk management activities.
**Communication and Relationship Management**:
- Serving as a point of contact for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Facilitating communication between project teams, management, and other departments.
- Building and maintaining relationships with vendors, partners, and clients as necessary.
**Administrative Support**:
- Providing administrative support to HR and project management teams, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
- Assisting in budget tracking, expense reporting, and invoice processing for projects.
**Problem Solving and Decision Making**:
- Identifying issues or challenges within recruitment processes or project workflows and proposing solutions.
- Making decisions within the scope of recruitment activities and project coordination, seeking guidance from senior management when necessary.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
