Handling office tasks such as filing, generating reports, and setting up invoice attach do.
- Performs routine administrative assignments with clearly defined objectives.
- Prepare general workers reports, payments and claims
- Any other duties as assigned by the management.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Perform follow-up & updates on invoicing and payment status with customers and suppliers.
- Effective follow through to ensure all documents are up to date.
- Perform issuance of administrative documents - Quotations, Invoices, Delivery Orders and etc.
- Record in/out transaction of documents
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Malay and Chinese Only
