- Sales Support: Provide administrative assistance to the sales team by handling sales inquiries, managing customer databases, and updating sales records and documentation.
- Order Processing: Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all relevant information is captured, including product details, quantities, pricing, and customer information.
- Sales Coordination: Coordinate with internal departments, such as marketing, production, and logistics, to ensure timely order fulfillment, resolve customer issues, and provide updates on order status.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and provide product information, pricing details, and order updates. Assist with resolving customer complaints or concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and analyze sales reports, including sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback. Generate regular sales reports for management review and decision-making.
- Sales Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales documentation, including contracts, quotations, and sales agreements. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
