**Responsibilities**:

- Administer company's facilities, such as Company Apartment, mobile phones, company's cars, office equipment and other utility bills.
- Office reception, receiving incoming calls, arranging couriers and recording outgoing mails.
- Assist in filing and storage of all clerical documents
- Monitor personal driver and despatch.
- Supervise cleaners for office.
- performs ad-hic duties and other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
- in charge of P1 system, make sure staff access tags are being issued correctly.
- Support admin related works.

**Requirement**:

- Min SPM/ Diploma with 1-2 years working experience.
- Familiar with Microsoft, Words, PowerPoints and others.
- Preferably Junior executive specialized in Administration or equivalent.
- Able to work under pressure, independently and meeting tight deadlines.
- Multitasking - ability to handle multiple task at one time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
