Oversee full spectrum of HR inclusive of foreign workers & hostel management.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and local regulations.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Establish and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other relevant stakeholders to ensure a steady pipeline of talent.
- Administer employee benefits programs and handle employee relations matters.
- Oversee payroll administration and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Manage performance appraisal processes and implement strategies for employee engagement and retention.
- Handle disciplinary and grievance procedures in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Act as the main point of contact for employee queries and concerns.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.

**Additional Information**:

- Willing to work alternate Saturdays.
- Able to start work immediately is an added advantage.
