Accounts Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Assists in vendors invoices data entry.
- Assist in Payments - TT and Cheques Issuance.
- Assist in Staff Claims.
- Upload file for internet banking.
- Prepare withholding tax from and letter.
- Update payments to systems.
- Submit payments to for taxes, bank in cheques and utility bill payments.
- Booking forex rates for USD TT.
- Prepare and arrange funds for TT and interbank transfer.
- Handle of Banking Matters when necessary.
- Assist in all the Fillings for Finance Department.
- Any other ad-hoc jobs in relation to Finance Department (Finance, Admin and Human Resource) from time to time as assigned.
**Key Skills / Attributes / Experience**
- Preferably with at least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Responsible, honest, self-motivated and committed.
- Knowledge of Goldsoft, Microsoft Excel & Word would be needed.
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
- Independent, multi-tasking, able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and work as a team player.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
