Job Vacancy : Human Resource Executive

Location : Taman Desa, Kuala Lumpur
Basic Salary : RM 3,000 - RM 3,800

Working Hour : 5 working days (Monday - Friday ; 9 am - 6 pm)

Requirement:

- Hold a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Have at least 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
- Demonstrate excellent understanding of the full recruitment process.
- Exhibit the ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Possess proficiency in both Mandarin and English.

Job Scope Human Resource Executive:

- Manage daily operations of the HR shared services team.
- Conduct full cycle of recruitment process
- Provide guidance and support to employees for tasks like database management, onboarding, contract renewal, and employee transfers.
- Regularly validate data to ensure accurate entry into the HR system.
- Implement company or departmental policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as assigned by a superior.
