**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations.
- Lead and work with different teams to ensure all the business and marketing plans run smoothly.
- Developing key performance goals and managing the performance of staff
- Set policies and processes.
- Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally.
- Oversee the recruitment and training of new employees.
- Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance.
- Direct the employee assessment process.
- Ensure staff follow health and safety regulations.
- Prepare regular reports for upper management (i.e., the Chief Executive Officer).
- Improving internal processes for better productivity.
- Manage budgets and sales revenue efficiently.
- Manage growth and achieve business targets.
- Execute different business strategies to support company growth and business expansion.
- Working closely with account managers and other senior staff to retain clients.
- Developing new solutions to meet client needs.
- Provide solutions to issues (e.g., profit decline, employee conflicts, operation conflict).

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role,
- BSc/BA in Business or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus,
- Possess good Islamic knowledge,
- Experience in education industry is a MUST for this position,
- Experience in planning and budgeting,
- Knowledge of business processes and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations, etc.),
- Strong analytical ability,
- Excellent communication skills,
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills,
- Problem-solving aptitude,
- Good knowledge of different business functions,
- Strong leadership qualities,
- Highly organized,
- Strong work ethic,
- Good interpersonal skills,
- Meticulous attention to detail,
- Computer literate,
- Proactive nature,
- Must possess own transportation.

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
