We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Marketing cum Event Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events and promotional activities, with a focus on sales-driven Health event such as fairs/roadshows/corporate talks. Your main objective will be to enhance the overall event experience, generating sign-ups and drive revenue through the events with creative and engaging strategies. You will work closely with various stakeholders, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure seamless execution of events within allocated budgets and timelines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop an event calendar and meticulously plan and execute various events to drive brand visibility and revenue.
- Create comprehensive event plans, including detailed timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Plan and execute sales-driven Health events such as fairs/roadshows/corporate talks ensuring maximum participation.
- Create and execute effective sales and marketing techniques to maximize sign-ups and revenue generation.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, part timer and internal departments to plan and execute events effectively.
- Manage event budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and adherence to financial targets.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue setup, audio-visual equipment, decorations, and signage to create an impactful event experience.
- Arrange for necessary permits, licenses, and insurance coverage for events, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of each event. Analyse event success based on attendance, customer satisfaction, attendees’ feedback, and other relevant metrics.
- Identify areas for improvement and propose recommendations for future events.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new event opportunities and innovative approaches.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years experience in organizing events, preferably in a sales-driven environment.
- Positive attitude and willing to learn.
- Computer literate in Microsoft office (excel, words and power point).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving sales goals.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on generating sign-ups and driving revenue.
- Must be mobile and willing to travel.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate event schedules.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
