Social Media Executive

(What is this job about ?)
Social Media Executive are responsible to take charge of our online presence, manage content across various platforms, and drive meaningful interactions with our audience. At the same time, this position also responsible for handling customer PMs and communicate to make it done deal, and proceed the order to next department.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation and Curation**: As the Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for developing and curating compelling content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our audience. Your creativity will play a pivotal role in maintaining an engaging and consistent online presence.

**Audience Interaction and Client Messaging**: Foster genuine connections with our audience by promptly responding to comments, messages, and inquiries. Manage client messaging through advertisements and social media platforms, guiding potential customers through the sales process with a focus on providing excellent customer service.

**Sales and Payment Handling**: Utilize your exceptional communication skills to effectively close sales within chat interactions. Collect payments securely and efficiently, ensuring a seamless transaction process. Collaborate with the production department to coordinate orders and facilitate a smooth transition from sales to production.

**; Requirements: - Proven Experience**:
Minimum of 1 years of experience in social media management, with a demonstrated track record of successful strategy implementation and audience engagement.

**Digital Marketing Expertise**:
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing principles, including social media trends, content marketing, and online customer behavior.

**Analytics Proficiency**:
Experience using analytics tools to measure and analyze social media performance. Ability to translate data into actionable insights.

**Tech-Savvy**:
Proficient in using social media management tools, advertising platforms, and content creation software.

**Communication Skills**:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen understanding of brand voice and tone.
