**Job Vacancy**: Live Stream Operation Manager

**Location **:Taman Desa, Kuala Lumpur

**Basic Salary**: RM 6,000 - RM 8,000

**Working Hour**: 5 working days (Monday - Friday ; 9 am - 6 pm). Need to standby to work on special days if happen on weekend (10.10 sales / 11.11 sales / big holiday)

**Requirement**:

- Have Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in leading a team for campaign marketing management and have digital or startup, marketing consultant or TSP background.
- Strong Mandarin, Malay and English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Outstanding skills of communication, presentation, and problem-solving, enjoys communication, and delivering daily support with a strong user-driven mindset.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to lead a team. Can make decisions as an expert in community management by data and reasonable logical thinking.
- Able to work in a team and lead a team to achieve business objectives.

**Job Scope Live Stream Operation Manager**:

- Lead project teams comprised of Live Operations & Video Operations enabling them to find the right approach, motivate the team to deliver the project well and to achieve a positive impact on our clients as well as support our growth targets for the Client's TikTok Shop Operations.
- Plan, analyze, & provide campaign strategy recommendations and offers resourceful problem-solving, both internally and externally.
- Create operations plans and other deliverables, and executes operational plan implementation.
- Process control and follow-up in the live streaming, develop Brand Awareness and Help them to increase their performance on marketplaces through Live streaming activity
- Significantly contribute to the development of our expertise and support our ambitious growth targets
- Perform project management role in collaboration with all related parties (internal and external) to deliver excellent services in all day-to-day campaign strategy.
