Responsible to manage full spectrum of Human Resources & Admin functions to formulate policies, programs and HR activities.
- To assist in General Human Resources functions and General office administration.
- Ensure compliance of Labour Act, Industrial Relation Act, Income Tax Act, EPF Act, Socso Act, HRDF, Local authority requirements.
- Liaise with HODs and Line Managers in planning, executing and organizing training programmes based on the needs of the organization and the individual.
- To perform special task/projects/assignments or any other work given by The Management/ immediate superior as and when required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- With Diploma or equivalent with minimum 1-3 years related experience.
- **Preferable : Male**:
- Well equipped with full spectrum of HR knowledge.
- Possess excellent oral, written and personal communication skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
