Admin Executive (Kopi Saigon - Franchise Division)

Company Overview: Seruni Global Sdn Bhd is the proud owner of Kopi Saigon, the largest Vietnamese coffee brand in Malaysia, known for delivering an authentic and delightful coffee experience to its customers. As we continue to grow our business through franchise expansion, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Executive to join our team and contribute to the success of Kopi Saigon's franchise division.

Position: Admin Executive - Franchise Division Location: Malaysia (headquarters)

Job Summary: As the Admin Executive for Kopi Saigon's franchise division, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our franchise outlets. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring, checking, and conducting audits of current outlets to maintain consistent quality and compliance with franchise standards. Additionally, you will be actively involved in identifying and evaluating potential new franchise outlets for expansion. You will also be responsible for creating and managing databases and tables to monitor the performance of current licensing agreements.

**Responsibilities**:
Outlet Monitoring and Quality Assurance: Regularly monitor the performance of existing franchise outlets, ensuring compliance with franchise guidelines and standards.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess operational efficiency and adherence to brand standards.
Work closely with franchisees to address any operational or compliance issues and provide necessary support.
Maintain open communication with outlet managers to ensure smooth coordination and problem resolution.

New Outlet Expansion:Collaborate with the franchise development team to identify potential locations for new franchise outlets.
Conduct feasibility studies and market research to evaluate the suitability and profitability of potential locations.
Prepare comprehensive reports on the feasibility of new outlets, including financial projections and risk analysis.
Assist in negotiating and finalizing franchise agreements with potential franchisees.

Database Management:Design and create databases and tables to track the performance of current franchise outlets.
Regularly update and maintain the database with relevant information, including sales data, customer feedback, and compliance records.
Generate reports and insights from the database to assist in decision-making and strategic planning.

Documentation and Record Keeping:Ensure all franchise-related documentation is accurately maintained and up-to-date.
Assist in drafting and preparing franchise agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
Maintain a well-organized filing system for easy retrieval of documents.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administration, franchising, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in database management and data analysis.
- Familiarity with franchise operations and industry best practices is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
