We are actively seeking a passionate **Team Manager** to drive client engagement and conversion for our client's retail FX & CFDs company, focusing on the vibrant **Indonesia** market.** If you are a results-driven leader with a knack for building relationships and meeting conversion targets, this role is tailored for you|

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Strategic Engagement**: Lead and motivate a team of conversion associates to engage potential clients through telesales, promoting our Retail FX & CFDs products.
- ** Customer-Centric Approach**: Oversee customer inquiries, provide information, and address concerns, ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience.
- ** Onboarding Expertise**: Guide clients through the account opening process, facilitating a smooth onboarding journey.
- ** Collaborative Conversion**: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to implement strategies for client conversion and retention.
- ** Industry Awareness**: Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and our products to better assist clients and drive successful conversions.

**Requirements**:

- **
Educational Background**: Bachelor's degree in any related field is a must
- ** Language Proficiency**: Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- ** Experience**: Minimum of 2 year of experience in managing a telesales team in the FX & CFDs industry is a MUST
- ** Interpersonal Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- ** Results-Driven**: A results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding conversion targets.
- ** Communication Excellence**: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

**Additional Information**
