Responsibilities
- Prepares HR related letters
- To process monthly salaries, other related employment/HR records and maintain confidentiality
- To maintenance and monitor the attendance, leave, advance records
- To coordinate in recruitment arrangements such as collecting additional documents and scheduling interview session
- To maintenance and monitor company asset such property, vehicle and equipment record
- To assist the Manager in matter related to office maintenance, upkeep of office, equipment, vehicle
- To assist the manager in supervise subordinates of the department
- Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior from time to time
Requirement
- Possess at least Diploma
- Capable of operating Microsoft Excel & Word
- Good communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
