Responsible for daily assigned tasks in respect of Claims in a timely manner and within the Company’s claims manual and related policies and guidelines
- Responsible for handling complaints and providing appropriate solutions/alternatives within the stipulated time given for resolution
- Forward appropriate claims to the finance department for payment processes.
- Ensure the order pickup and delivery are notified to the respective region or regional manager
- Ensure the order has accurate dates and times for pickup and delivery
- Ensure all assigned successful pickups and deliveries are updated
- Ensure all backlog/failure pickup and delivery orders are being followed up
- Liaise with customers, related departments, or management regarding requested claims / orders
- Perform verification & investigation checks on claims following the company’s standard policies and operational procedures

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Expected Start Date: 05/06/2024
