Responsibilities

**1. Platform Management**:

- Proficiently manage our Shopify store, ensuring all product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and visually appealing.
- Create, update, and synchronize product listings across various online selling platforms, including TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and others.

**2. Inventory Management**:

- Monitor product availability and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure seamless fulfillment.
- Track and manage stock levels across all platforms to prevent overselling or stockouts.

**3. Customer Interaction**:

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns on all platforms, providing excellent customer service.
- Handle product-related questions and provide detailed information to potential buyers.

**4. Order Fulfillment**:

- Coordinate order fulfillment, including packing, shipping, and delivery, ensuring timely and accurate shipments.
- Track and confirm order status to keep customers informed.

**5. Marketing and Content**:

- Utilize basic design and copywriting skills to enhance product listings, optimizing product descriptions and images for maximum conversion.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and strategies.

**6. Market Research**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to improve product listings and marketing effort
- Responsible for sourcing, selecting and negotiating with suppliers for best pricing while maintain the highest level of quality, reliability and services
- In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedules
- Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma or equivalent with 1 years working experience in related field
- Preferred 1 years relevant working experience in a similar capacity preferably in Ecommerce Industry.
- Excellent communications and negotiation skills with suppliers and internal customers is a must
- Resourceful, self-driven, proactive and independent worker
- Proficient in use of MS Office Applications (Words, Excel)
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking suppliers
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM3,200.00 per month

- Cyberjaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
