**The Role**

As a **Financial Analysis and Reporting Specialist**, you are responsible to perform accounting closing with journal entries, analyse and reconcile balance sheet accounts, ensure accurate and timely reporting in accordance to accounting policy or statutory requirements.

Your core responsibilities will include:

- Produce various financial statements and accounting reports by ensuring all activities and transactions are accounted and recorded with relevant supporting documents for month-end closing
- Work closely with the operation teams to ensure orders are properly processed and billed on a timely manner
- Ensure all the assets are recorded and depreciated in accordance to the policy
- Perform bank reconciliation and prepare weekly cash forecast report including cash positioning, manage cash receipts and allocation of AR documents in the system
- Create and maintain vendor account and debtor account in the accounting system
- Prepare, estimate and review corporate tax liability/asset
- Prepare, update and analyse monthly management account, divisional forecast and headquarter’s reporting packs for business planning and decision making
- Prepare and analyse monthly profitability, WIP, unearned revenue and unbilled revenue, in accordance with the revenue recognition policy
- Develop and prepare reports or surveys to fulfil the local statutory requirements
- Liaise and communicate with auditors, tax agent, company secretary & government regulators for company financial and corporate matters

**Requirements**:

- At least a professional qualification in Accounting or degree
- **MUST** have experience in full set of accounting and finance reporting. Preferably someone who has work in an IT industry
- Preferably with 2 years of finance management and/or related function work experience
- The role requires one with high professional integrity that strives for quality work standards
- Strong knowledge and experience in IFRS (or MFRS), Corporate taxation, Service Tax, Withholding Tax & Transfer Pricing
- Ability to communicate and work with people of all levels.
