Job Summary:

- Maintain departmental day to day quality activities, monitor and prioritize work flow and schedule.
- Monitor production staff and give technical direction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily quality control processes to ensure quality of final products meets customer’s expectation.
- Report to top management on quality related issues, perform quality data analysis and reporting
- Perform continuous improvement on quality process flow, to ensure QMS (ISO 9001) is implemented effectively.
- To ensure LMW (Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse) certification is maintained and records are submitted as and when required, always comply to requirements.
- The maintenance of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) records on incoming raw material
- Responsible to execute and monitor quality control activities internally and externally
- Monitor non-conformity products, initiate investigation and propose correction or corrective actions and follow up customer complaint in a timely manner
- Liaise with purchasing to verify the quality and specification of raw material and packaging material.
- Ensure all inspection, measuring and testing equipment are calibrated and proper documentation is maintained.
- Provide training to operators to ensure the competency to carry out the job assigned
- Keep workplace safe, clean, hygiene and organized

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Semenyih: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
