Account Assistant Admin

**Responsibilities**:
- To maintain accounting books, records and proper filling systems
- To issue and check invoice, debit/credit notes, JV and other related and slimilar documentaion for any business transactions
- To record, bank in and issue official receipt
- To issu payment voucher
- To monitor account receiveable & account payable
- To assist superior in all matters related to accounting and financing
- To perform any task deemed necessary by the management for the efficient running of the operation of the company
- Reponsible for general office administration and any other ad hoc duties as assigned
- Support sales activities
**Qualification & Requirement**:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- Good in communication and administration skills
- Able to start work with short notice
- To handle the operations side of sales and telephone or whatapps
- Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations
- Office Operations related
- 5 Days Works 8.30am to 5.30pm (Monday - Friday)
- Must have at least 1-2 years working experience preferably in administrator
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Rawang: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
