Responsibilities
- Learning through observation and understanding of the retail environment
- Support the dispensing of medicines, filling of prescriptions in cares
- In-depth understanding of medication, supplements, vitamins, and other products according to customer need
- Involve & evolve in organizations’ health awareness campaign
- Establish customer loyalty through the delivery of good customer service
- Assist in other operational duties
- Learning on sales concept in community pharmacy and how to balance it by having ethics in the practice
- Provide professional medical consultation and healthcare advice/ tips to customers according to individual needs to encourage improvement in achieving a healthy lifestyle.
- Provide basic health screenings, recommend suitable health supplements and personal care products to promote preventive care and other related patient care lifestyle.
- Check medications for expiry dates and ensure medicines are correctly and safely supplied, inadequate quantity and label.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s in Pharmacy which has been certified by MQA
- Pleasant personality with good communication & interpersonal skills
- Able to interact well with all levels of people and management
- Enthusiastic, proactive & passionate in sales and profession
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
- Awesome attitude in adapting to the new environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
