**Hiring Provisionally Registered Pharmacist**
**GROSS SALARY UP TO RM 3500-RM5500 MONTHLY**
**BIG PHARMACY (Community Pharmacy)**
5 Days work 2 Off days

**PRP PROGRAM 1+1 in community pharmacy (1 year PRP + 1 Year FRP)**
- Familiarize yourself with the pharmacy's policies, procedures, and workflow.
- Learn about the legal and ethical responsibilities of a pharmacist.
- Shadow experienced pharmacists to observe their daily tasks and interactions with patients.
- Learn how to accurately dispense medications, including dosage calculations, labeling, and documentation.
- Understand the proper storage and handling of medications, including temperature control requirements.
- Become proficient in using the pharmacy's computer systems for inventory management and patient records.
- Develop skills in providing patient counseling on medication use, including dosage instructions, potential side effects, and drug interactions.
- Learn how to identify and resolve medication-related problems, and when to refer patients to a pharmacist or healthcare professional.
- Practice effective communication techniques to address patient concerns and provide clear and understandable information.
- Rotate through different pharmacy practice settings, such as hospital pharmacy, community pharmacy, or ambulatory care clinics.
- Gain exposure to various aspects of pharmaceutical care, such as medication reconciliation, medication therapy management, and drug information services.
- Work closely with healthcare professionals in interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in pharmacotherapy, new drug approvals, and evidence-based guidelines.
- Attend seminars, conferences, or workshops relevant to pharmacy practice to enhance your knowledge and skills.
- Maintain a log of your learning experiences and document your continuing education activities.
