- Managing the front office reception area.
- Greet and welcome visitors / clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
- To monitor and record incoming & outgoing couriers / parcels / documents.
- To provide general administrative support and to perform ad-hoc duties as and when required.
- Punctual, well groomed and presentable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities and work as a team.
- Good experience and knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word etc.)
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- Full-Time Position Available.
- Working hours: 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM.
- Able to start immediately or within a short notice period.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
