Account Executive

Responsible for managing the General Ledgers of the group of companies
- Payables:
- Review and verify vendor invoices received before posting into Sage accounting system
- Process and validate all travel and expense claims
- Process payments in compliance with finance policies and procedures
- Age and analyse payables
- Receivables
- Generate sales invoices and input sales data into accounting system
- Age and analyse receivables
- Month-end close
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and intercompany reconciliation
- Generate and input month end journals into accounting system
- Generate and analyse monthly Income Statement and Balance Sheet, identifying irregularities
- Involved in annual audit preparation and co-ordinate with external auditors and tax agents to ensure audit and annual corporate tax filings are completed in a timely manner for the group of companies
- Supporting ad-hoc finance projects/assignments
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets
**; Requirements**: - Qualifications Required
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or it's equivalent
- 1 to 3 years of experiance as an account executive or in similar role
- Abiliy to prepare full set of accounts
- Excellent analytical abilities
- Possess good knowledge of financial and tax regulations, laws and any changes thereof
- Good verbal and written communication skills
