**Facilities Officer - Rawang, Selangor**

**Job Functions as**:

- To ensure factory & hostel surrounding cleanliness in good conditions according to Hostel & Surrounding Checklist.
- To monitor & upkeep company facilities & utilities Prestar Group of Company.
- To in charge in Foreign workers’ welfare, & received new foreign workers.
- To monitor PPE issuance, uniform & update the inventory.
- To lead and organize campaign, competition, contest & other related activities such as Sport Committee & Corporate Social Responsibility.
- Assist in sending workers to clinic / bank / embassy / dispatch when necessary.
- Assist in liaising with government authorities when necessary. MPS, BOMBA, & Police.
- To monitoring & checking on routine security guards’ attendance, performance,reports and clocking reports.
- To enforce and monitor all in and out activity for all workers.
- Responsible to upkeep and monitor all firefighting equipment.
- Responsible to arrangement with Project Team for the routine inspection and servicing of the firefighting equipment.
- To provide HIRARC for admin activity.
- Assist ERT Training as per schedule.
- Responsible to brief and monitor safety compliance for HR contractor.

**Requirements**:

- With or without experience
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
