We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the consulting and product teams by assisting with project planning, coordination, and execution. Your ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and maintain effective communication will contribute to the successful delivery of our projects and client satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist the consulting and product teams in project planning, including defining project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
- Coordinate project activities and tasks, ensuring they are executed according to the defined timelines and milestones.
- Support the project team in creating project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation to ensure project efficiency.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Prepare project documentation, such as project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.
- Track project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and propose mitigation strategies with regular updates to management and team.
- Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource utilization to ensure projects are delivered within budgetary constraints.
- Assist in conducting project meetings, workshops, and training sessions, documenting key discussions and action items.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather project requirements and ensure client satisfaction.
- Support the implementation of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends, project management techniques, and emerging technologies to recommend process improvements and enhancements.
**; Requirements: - Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role, preferably in the IT or technology industry.
- Solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at various levels.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in project documentation and deliverables.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address project-related challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships with internal teams and clients.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
