**Jobscope/Responsibilities**:

- Preparing specific food items and components at your station.
- Following the instructions given by the head chef.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and timely service.
- Checking stock and ordering supplies for your station.
- Cook a variety of Hong Kong based dishes according to the kitchen menu.
- Ensure high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness at all times.
- Maintain responsibility for the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen section.
- Follow food safety regulations and resort policies strictly.
- Assist in creating new dishes and menu items as needed.
- Have working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably chef/kitchen related specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
- Preferably able to speak Cantonese which is the primary dialect of the staffs there.

Pay: Up to RM2,800.00 per month
