Job-holder is responsible for the management of the day-to-day operations of the HR Department. He/she will originate and lead AHR practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, and goal attainment.

The job-holder will coordinate implementation of services, policies and programmes, and assist or advise staff members about HR issues. He/she will carry out responsibilities in functional areas, such as departmental development, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development and employment.

**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES**

1. Payroll & Tax

Education
- Minimum Bachelor degree qualification in Human Resources Management, or Organizational Development.
- Human Resources related professional certification preferred.

Experience
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
- At least 2 years of direct or indirect people, programme or project management experience at a managerial level..
- Preferably with at least 2 years of related working experience in school or private education organization environment.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
