The newly established entity, Mercedes-Benz Parts Logistics Asia Pacific, will be part of the global Mercedes-Benz Group After-Sales supply chain network, covering the regional distribution hub, regional Asia Pacific functions and the center of competence supply chain steering Asia Pacific. The future Regional Logistics Centre is currently under construction and will start operations in 2023. The future Regional Logistics Centre (RLC) in Senai (Johor Bahru) will be a key facility in the global GSP Parts Logistics Network and will serve as a distribution site for spare parts to 24 countries in the Asia Pacific region. It will take care of the importation, the storage as well as the regional management of spare part and accessories distribution.

**Your tasks & responsibilities:
- Ensure that the warehouse internal processes including claims and all part returns are according to requirement and specifications.
- Manage scrapping process of parts due to exceptions, claims and returns.
- Ensure 3PL receive customer claims and returns information and process according to define steps.
- Monitor deconsolidation of customer return parts by 3PL.
- Making decision of all claim/return parts status and exceptions with other Mercedes-Benz functions.
- Manage all parts scrapping process due to rejection or damage from claim or return or any other exceptions in the warehouse.
- Planning of parts scrapping item review, item summary and scrapping activity or scheduling with Mercedes-Benz customs expert.
- Involve in part scrapping process inspection with customs officer when is required.
- Manage high voltage battery return handover to DG team for charging.
- Manage resources planning to ensure proper distribution of workload.
- Strategize on continuous improvement that have impact on accuracy, efficiency and cost optimization.
- Process and control of Reman or CORE return parts from markets and process to vendors as when required
- Work with packing teams on any packing repair as and when required for accepted return prior to put away.
- Contribute to other developments of the company on an ad hoc basis.
- Develop strategies streamline logistics processes to reduce cost; implement best practices and continuous improvement.
- Preparation of KPIs & Reports in relation with Planning and location management.
- Preparation of incident/issue reports.
- Preparation of any related Warehouse & Logistics reports and any other ad-hoc reports as and when required by the Management.

**Qualifikationen**:
**Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Warehouse Management, Logistics or Supply Chain Management or related field and/or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or any other related warehouse experience.
- Experience in 3PL management and claims management are added advantages.
- Highly motivated and able to work in a team, good teamwork spirit.
- Self-directed with good written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate presentation (preparation and delivery) skills.
- Strong attention to details and technicalities.
- Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
