ADMIN/SALES ADMIN ASSISTANT (Full Time)
- Monitor and liaise with solicitors/end-financiers/purchasers on Sales and Purchase Agreement and loan documentation.
- Monitor/ensure timely disbursement from purchaser or end-financier.
- Follow up on progress billings, collection and interest statements within the stipulated time frame
- Attend to handing over of vacant possession to purchasers.
- Provide assistance in sales enquiries, sales administrative functions and sales launches as and when required.
- To prepare and maintain proper records and files of all the purchasers.
- To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the management from time to time.

Job Requirements
- Women age 25 and above.
- Bachelor Degree holder (preferably in Estate Management / Business Admin or related fields).
- Proficient in both written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in computer literate - Microsoft Office (Words, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Excellent communication, organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good housing development and construction knowledge is an advantage.
