Location: TPM, Bukit Jalil

**Job Description**:

- To perform administration activities for contract department such as arranging sub-contractor to sign LOA, maintaining records, and track payment certificate, workorder, Letter of Award and payment voucher, to file and etc.
- To expedite outstanding purchase orders to ensure delivery requirements are met.
- To tally Delivery Order with Purchaser Order in accordance to the agreed price & specification.
- To maintain updated Delivery Order records, Material Transfer records and inventory/ stock records in an excel report.
- To assist in carry out monthly physical stock checks.
- To answer phone calls, provide information to callers or connect callers to appropriate people.
- To perform individual project filling and safekeeping of all the projects related documents in soft copy to the server and hard copy to a well-labeled folder.
- Undertaking other duties and responsibilities delegated time to time.

Job requirement:

- Certificates/Diploma in Business Administration field or any field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- With working experience will be added advantage

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
