As a Programme Director at Bitlab Digital, you will be at the forefront of driving impactful digital solutions for our clients. You will play a pivotal role in determining project scope, gathering requirements, developing comprehensive project plans, and overseeing execution to ensure successful project delivery. You will act as a strategic partner to our clients, fostering long-term relationships and visionary collaborations. In addition, you will lead and mentor cross-functional teams, evaluate risks and opportunities, and prioritize the client's business outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.

**Responsibilities**:
Project Leadership and Strategy:

- Define and communicate project vision, goals, and objectives.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them effective digital strategies.

Scope Definition and Requirements Gathering:

- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project scope, objectives, and requirements.
- Translate client needs into actionable project plans, ensuring alignment with Bitlab Digital's capabilities and methodologies.

Client Management:

- Act as the main point of contact for clients, nurturing relationships and establishing trust.
- Provide strategic insights, recommendations, and innovative solutions to clients, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Regularly update clients on project progress, addressing concerns, and maintaining clear communication.

Team Management:

- Lead cross-functional teams of designers, developers, and other specialists, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, ensuring their professional growth and project success.

Risk Assessment and Opportunity Evaluation:

- Identify potential project risks and opportunities, including those related to changes in cost, timeline, or requirements.
- Assess the impact of change requests on project feasibility, budget, and schedule.
- Proactively collaborate with the client to find suitable solutions that align with their goals while minimizing disruption to the project.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree with relevant working experience in related field.
- Proven experience in leading and managing complex digital projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align technical solutions with client business goals.
- Experience in team leadership, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Proven track record of delivering projects that drive tangible business impact.
