Consult and communicate with Managers on training needs
- Test and review created materials
- Maintain a database of all training materials
- Conduct classroom/online training, workshops and presentations
- Review promoters/supervisors’ performance and learning
- Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc.
- Support and mentor new employees, supervisors and promoter
- Keep attendance and other records

**Job Requirement**
- Diploma/Certification in training/teaching/equivalent, HRDF Certificate preferably.
- Prior experience as a trainer or a similar position, preferable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Good time-management skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Willing to work on weekend (when needed)

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
