**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a fast-paced restaurant or cafe environment.
- Have experience in menu development, food costing, and waste management.
- Good tempers and able to maintain a harmony working environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills, good sense of care
- Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
