Assist in day-to-day accounting activities including purchase invoice, process payments of supplies, petty cash disbursement and payment receipts.
- Assist in preparing monthly sales report.
- Assist to ensuring credit note and statements of accounts are prepare correctly.
- Assist to monitoring & processing payment for customer (debtors).
- Ensuring all the accounting records are properly updated and reconcile in the accounting system.
- Assist in office administrative activities.
- Ad-hoc clerical job task assigned from time to time.

**Requirement**:

- Min Diploma level
- At lease 1-3 years experience
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel and SQL accounting software.
- Able to work independently and good attitude.
- Fresh graduate encourage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
