**Job Scope**:

- Supervise the production of vegetable crops following organic practices and ecological stewardship goals.
- Coordinate the ordering of seeds and necessary amendments in alignment with the crop plan.
- Implement effective health and safety measures throughout farm operations to ensure a secure working environment.
- Conduct on-site training sessions for vegetable production team members and related staff.
- Stay updated with new advances in applied farming technologies.

**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
