Transport Coordinator

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Handle delivery planning & lorries planning.
- Ensure drivers taking assigned trip on time & resolve any trip issues arise accordingly.
- Ensure all planned fleets maintenance scheduling in place & liaise with Customer Service team for weekly planning.
- Handle truck repair.
- Ensure driver attendance & communicate driver emergency / medical leave promptly to respective department accordingly.
- Monitor drivers leave & make sure all leave are properly record in system.
- Monitor driver trip delivery & behaviors through GPS system.
- Monitor truck diesel refueling, consumption within target.
- Monitor Touch & Go usages.
- Ensure drivers are compliance to regulatory requirement (Valid GDL, License, Port pass & etc).
- Ensure driver conduct daily Post-Drive Check (PDC) after trip.
- Ensure driver PPE issuing & usage during working hours.
- Compile Delivery Orders & other logístical reports & documentation.
- Participate Emergency Responses & incident investigation as needed.
- Maintain proper filing for all transport related documents.
- Liaise with warehouse on delivery & packaging issues.
- Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Management.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experience in logistics planning, truck maintenance planning & driver management are preferable.
- Required skill(s): MS Office (Excel & Word).
- Possess good communication skills.
