1. Issue Purchase Order, if any.

2. Daily update all supplier invoice, debit note and credit note

3. Filing Creditor Invoice, Debit note, Credit Note, stock card

4. Assist in filing and making phone calls to supplier - to follow-up un-complete delivery or others matter and update Purchaser.

5. Assist to monitor all stock card update for all incoming goods (Including raw material, agent product & Kenzene product)

6. Follow-up stock balance status, including verify huge stock difference - agent & production stock and finish good.

7. Work closely with Purchaser on daily GR invoice and return - DN, Monitor stock par level - for re-order level

8. Update memo - for new product, price adjustment, clearing stock & gram adjustment

9. Carry out other duties and responsibilities assigned by Senior Account Executive and Director

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 per month
