Executive - Admin Company Property Management

**Administrative Support**:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing office supplies, equipment, facilities and liaising with building management.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and repairs.
- Manage office supplies inventory and order as and when needed.
- Assist in coordinating office events and activities.
**Property Management**:
- Assist in the management and maintenance of company properties, including offices and rental properties.
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and renovations as needed, liaising with contractors and vendors.
- Conduct inspections of properties as and when needed to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Assist in lease management, including tenant communication, rent collection, and lease renewals.
- Address tenant inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records related to property leases, agreements, and transactions.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations governing property management.
- Assist in company property acquisition, design and build project include communication, site inspection, meeting with architects, designer, authorities and etc.
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience in administration and/or property management is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
