**Position: Food & Beverage Manager**

**Salary**:MYR 12,000 to 13,000 per month

**Role Overview**:As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering an exceptional dining experience to the guests. You will oversee the operations of the various F&B outlets, ensuring impeccable service, outstanding food quality, and a welcoming atmosphere. Your leadership skills and passion for culinary excellence will contribute to the hotel's reputation for excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead and manage the F&B team, including restaurant staff, servers, bartenders, and support staff.**:

- **Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring smooth service, efficient workflows, and high guest satisfaction.**:

- **Collaborate with the Executive Chef to design and implement menus that showcase creativity and quality.**:

- **Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency across all F&B outlets.**:

- **Monitor guest feedback and address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.**:

- **Plan and execute special events, banquets, and functions in the hotel's larger facilities.**:

- **Manage inventory, control costs, and optimise revenue generation in the F&B department.**

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.

Proven experience as an F&B Manager in a luxury hotel or upscale dining establishment.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

Exceptional knowledge of food and beverage trends, as well as industry best practices.

Creative flair in menu planning and presentation.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Malaysian nationals only.

**Salary**: RM12,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
