- Support Finance operation team in Monthly accounts closing.
- Responsible for Reporting and analysis (Prepare monthly variance analysis, Quarterly financial results analysis, Quarterly Segment Profit Analysis and Reporting (for BURSA announcement), CAPEX analysis)

- Support reporting and Planning Manager in Taxation (Prepare tax information to tax agents and assist in review, before submission to Financial Controller, Prepare and compute tax estimate, and ensure timely submission of tax estimates, Fill up and submit Form E, Submit bi-monthly SST return, Any other tax inquiries, where applicable)
- Responsible in CBCR reporting (Prepare workings for CBCR yearly reporting and submit to HQ, CBCR report write up to be submitted to KB and Consultant (i.e. Deloitte))
- Assist/Support in (Annual insurance renewal, Loan redemption/rollover/annual review updates and control, Provide support to other operation team on any financial related matters, where applicable, Assist in ERP system and Business Intelligence implementation)
- Assist/Support in property development, where applicable (Prepare the profit recognition workings and project budget control, Prepare weekly and monthly project cashflow, Projects cost plan and feasibility studies, Stakeholder sum updates and control, Coordinate for pre-JMB audit, Responsible in submission of the audited financial statement annually to Jabatan Perumahan Negara and Percetakan Nasional Berhad to publish in the Gazette for Housing Development Account.)
- Any other tasks being assigned by the supervisor/management

**JOB SPECIFICATION**
- Min Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- Minimum 6 years (if no degree)/ 3 years (if with degree) working experience in accounting role with property management/property development experience will be an advantage.
- Well verse in cash flow projection and forecasting Strong financial, accounting and analysis skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel
- Noetic accounting system is an added advantage
- MFRS
- Willing and able to work under pressure
- Have patient to attend to details
- Organized in his/her work
- Able to work independently and communicate with various external stakeholders
- Growth Mindset

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
