**Responsibilities**:

- Negotiation with supplier on new product listing, pricing and costing, sales promotion and trading term.
- Issuing purchase order and coordination of all the details required to carry out the order successfully.
- Reviewing merchandising performance on a regular basis to actively re-act to market situation providing sufficient stocks available at all time in outlet for sales maximization.
- Daily operational issues which includes sales promotion activities, merchandise compliances and internal memo circulation.
- Sales report preparation.
- Any Ad-hoc task assigned by Superior from time to time.

**Requirement**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is often preferred.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- 1 to 5 years experience on retail/merchandising experience in bookstores, FMCG, retail.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
- Able to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage.

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
