**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation of statutory documents and circulation of documents to the relevant parties
- Assist to maintain statutory books and records and ensure proper filing of documents
- Assist and provide administrative and secretarial support at daily basis
- Update and maintain relevant records and documents through software and filing system
- Prepare documents, or resolutions, or minutes as requested for clients
- Assist for meeting preparation.
- Completing the assigned tasks within the given deadline
- Perform ad-hoc duties, as necessary

**Job Requirements**:

- Malaysian Citizen
- Undergraduate Degree in Corporate Administration, Business Administration, Business Management or equivalent.
- Preferably at least 3 to 6 months internship
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Words, Outlook)
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
