- Cost estimation & preparation and submission of Variation to client
- Final account administration
- To source for quotations, price comparison and costing summary
- To prepare project costing
- To liaise with Consultants, Main Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Clients and
- Suppliers/Vendors for project cost issues.
- Overall project budget setting and monitoring

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma/Degree holder in Mechanical / Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum of 3 year experience, either with M&E Contractor or Consultant firm.
- Meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, good team player, good at time management
